A comprehensive renovation of a 1960s concrete office building. Work included a new facade and interior alterations with external shell retention. Key interventions included a glass-fronted stairwell, painted facade treatment, partial cladding, aluminium louvres, interior wall reconfiguration, glazed partitions for light distribution, and LED facade illumination.
